Ride Late Model Polaris Snowmobiles

   All operators must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid, unsuspended drivers license.

   All operators of the snowmobile must sign a waiver of liability. Renter is responsible for all damages incurred to snowmobile.

   The lessee is responsible for any and all damage & repairs, including but not limited to collision, towing, recovery, theft and vandalism. Insurance for collision is NOT available. Some home owners policies

   have coverage with a simple call to your agent.

   Rental periods are typically from 8 am to 5 pm. Free overnight rental is included with multiple day rentals.

   Kasoag Lake Snowmobile Rentals reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone whom may present danger to themselves or others.

   No person shall consume alcohol or mind altering drugs before or during operation of the snowmobile, prescription or otherwise. Some cold & flu medicines may reduce alertness.

   Proper safety equipment must be worn at anytime the snowmobile is being operated.

   Kasoag Lake Snowmobile Rentals reserves the right to cancel the rental due to unsafe trail conditions, without notice. WE decide if the trail conditions are appropriate.

   Our snowmobiles may only be trailered in an enclosed trailer and only with our written permission and authorization.

   There is a 8.00% NYS sales tax is added to all rentals

   A 50% deposit is required on all rentals, including multiple day rentals & all multiple sled rentals, groups included.

   If you arrive with less than the number of people booked, or if you fail to show up at all you will be charged full price for each snowmobile reserved!

   Kasoag Lake Snowmobile Rentals will hold your reservation for 30 minutes past your reservation time, unless arrangements are made.

   We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time.
